Return Policy

Supplement Department:

Full refunds available for unopened supplements in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days. Some exemptions apply. *

You may return opened product if you experience any adverse reactions as long as you have proof of purchase and it is within 30 days of purchase. A supplement advisor will need some personal details and nature of the reaction.

Produce Department:

We stand behind the quality of our produce and will refund your money or exchange the product. Requests for refunds in produce should be claimed as soon as possible.

Grocery:

Full refunds available within 14 days with proof of purchase on non-perishable grocery items. No returns on perishable or bulk items unless for issue of quality.

*Exemptions:

Books – all books are final sale
Special Orders: Items that we do not normally stock that are ordered in by customer special order are final sale.
Produce – Request refunds as soon possible within 7 days of purchase.
Perishables & bulk in grocery – Not eligible for return unless for reasons of quality.
