Ingredients:
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup water
- 1 TBS honey
- 2 ½ TBS lemon
- 2 TBS Brags or tamari
- 2 TBS red star flake nutritional yeast
- 2 TBS olive oil
- ½ garlic powder or 1 clove minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients into a blender & blend.
- Chill for ½ hour before using, this thickens it up a bit.
- It is a bit of a runny dressing, so if you prefer it thicker, reduce a bit of the water.
