Ingredients:
- 1 mango diced
- 1 small walla walla onion diced
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 red, orange or yellow pepper chopped
- A healthy handful of chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
Mix together and enjoy. This is a tasty and refreshing meal on top of some Rawgle bagels by Home Grown Living Foods with a few slices of avocado.
