Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of curly kale
- 1 TBS olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash and dry kale
- Remove any thick stems
- Massage oil into the kale in a bowl
- Place on a foil or parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- Sprinkle with salt & nutritional yeast
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
- Kale should be crispy but not brown (burnt)
- Enjoy!
