- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vega oil blend
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinager
- 1/2 a lemon's juice
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp maison orphee old-fashion mustard
- 1 tbsp cashews
- salt & pepper & miso to taste!
- Blend in a blender or with a mortar and pestle.
- Toss with your greens & enjoy!
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
