Ingredients
Dry
2 C Spelt flour
1 C Vegan chocolate chips
1 C Walnuts, chopped
3/4 C Rolled oats
1/2 tsp Sea salt
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1/8 tsp Cinnamon pwd
Wet
2/3 C Maple syrup
2/3 C Coconut oil, melted
2 TBS Water
1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt coconut oil by placing container in a bowl of hot water then pour off desired amount
- Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl
- Add wet to dry & mix well
- Chill for 15 min in refrigerator
- Make 12 balls and slightly flatten on an oiled baking sheet.
- Bake approximately 10 mins
