Ingredients:
- One head of curly kale
- 1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
- handful of cherry tomatoes (halved)
Preparation:
Remove stems and chop up kale. Put in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over kale and add sea salt. Massage kale, squeezing and coating it with oil. Continue until kale is soft. Add tomatoes.
Sauce ~ Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp raw almond butter
- 1 tbsp. green or red chilli pepper, minced
- clove of garlic, minced
- 1-2 tsp. Agave or honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce/Braggs/Tamari
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix together. Add enough water to make a thinner sauce, about the consistency of applesauce.
Add sauce to kale, stir.
