Quinoa  General guidelines for cooking grains.

  1. Rinse grains and drain of excess water.
  2. Bring measured amount of grains and water to a boil.
  3. Cover with a tight fitting lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for the recommended time.
  4. Do not lift the lid until the grains are finished cooking.
