  • Soya sauce, olive oil and pepper – that’s it!

  • Oh we love to baste home made pesto sauce then goats cheese and some chopped up sundried tomatoes. We try not to put too much so as not to over power the flavour of the salmon.

  • Raspberry vinaigrette and red onions wrapped in tin foil and put on the BBQ or oven weather depending. When cooked put on a bed of kale with fresh raspberries and mango.

  • I love it baked with a glaze made from 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 clove of garlic mashed and chopped into pulp, 1 tsp of red chili flakes and 1 tablespoon of orange zest…I first marinade the salmon for half hour then remove the salmon and bake at 350 for about 15-20 mins depending on size of the filet. While baking, put remaining glaze in small sauce pan and reduce over med heat till thickened slightly. Pour over salmon for the last 5 mins.

  • Poached in pinapple juice wirh cliantro and red peppers!

  • Lemon, salt & pepper and good old butter;) fried on skin side on a medium high till (almost) crunchy than covered till perfection! Important note*** !! ALWAYS WILD!

  • Coat the fillet in a generous amount of chopped garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Saute in olive oil and sesame oil. When just about cooked through, pour soya sauce or Braggs over the fillet and cover until done. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Great served with brown rice and sauted veggies!

  • Braggs, honey and garlic then wrap in tin foil and bbq!

  • Olive oil, chile lime seasoning from Epicure and a few thin slices of lemon or lime placed on top then bake in the oven.Stir fry-works for any fish. Ginger, garlic, & tumeric in wok with coconut oil, saute add onions-then a sqeeze of lime juice. Saute all your vegies. Then add a dash of sweet chil sauce(or honey)- once every thing is almost ready add your salmon fillet, diced in large pieces, and finally add one cubed mango. Eat imediately (I have also added a fresh pomagranite pistols-) enjoy!

  • I LOVE to top my fillets with a mixture of mayo, parmesan cheese, lemon juice and salt and pepper… bake to perfection.
