Molkosan

Molkosan by A.Vogel is a lactofermented whey concentrate made from fresh organic Swiss Alpine dairy. After isolating the whey, it is fermented by adding L. Casei bacteria, creating a health enhancing, living food. It is free of lactose and casein so is suitable for those with allergies. It can actually improve ones tolerance to dairy products and may even help eliminate lactose intolerance. Molkosan will feed the body’s healthy intestinal bacteria allowing them to grow and thrive. It also encourages peristalsis, aiding in proper bowel function. It is an excellent choice for those with chronic digestive issues such as bloating, gas, and constipation.

Molkosan is acidic due to its high lactic acid content but it will actually help balance the body’s pH. We need an acidic stomach and an acidic colon in order to absorb our alkaline minerals. The lactic acid in Molkosan will create an acidic environment where needed in order to alkalize the rest of the body. Molkosan is also rich in minerals potassium and calcium, they will help to alkalize the body, protect the bones, contribute to a healthy nervous system and improve electrolyte levels. It is also great for hypoglycemics and diabetics as it will lower the glycemic index of food. It can control blood sugar levels and reduce insulin resistance. Molkosan will bring the body back into balance.

Molkosan tastes similar to apple cider vinegar and can be consumed straight or mixed with juice. For best results, it should be taken about 15 min. before meals to stimulate digestive juices for the food to come. The dosage is 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. Enjoy!
